If ports are open then there is always the possibility. You need to
find out what services are actually running on said ports and find out
what kinds of exploits are available for the ports. The more the ports
that are open the greater the potential for the system to be broken
into. It is all a matter of google and using the correct tools as well
as your own brain (The brain is a tool)
