Hi Joshua,
The NBE file format is quite simple -- its just pipe delimited text.

Off the top of my head, you could do this -- put all the NBE's in one
directory and then use something similar to:

----- Start here ------

#!/bin/sh

for i in `ls *.nbe`
do
cat $i >> full-scan-results.nbe
done;

nessus -i full-scan-results.nbe -o full-scan-results.html

----- End here ------

As a bonus, the last line will take your nbe results and convert directly
to HTML, since you'll probably want to open your results in something
other than the nessus client each time.

Cheers,

Sahir Hidayatullah.
