Robin,
Get yourself a Zaurus and whip OpenZaurus onto it. Take a look at
ebay, I bought mine from ebay USA, as ebay in Oz didn't really have
any. I have the 5500 series, if you can get the 5600, it has better
battery life.
After you've run up OZ, check out irongeeks page on security apps from
the Zaurus.
