I'm a member of astalavista.net [amongst others of course], membership
is cheap, there are some very useful online tools in the members area
such as encrypt / decrypt tools and a good repository of whitepapers,
exploits and proof of concepts. It is a bit of a script kiddie /
newbie site but even for us seasoned testers I still find bits and
pieces of use in there. Some of the wargames are quite challenging
and entertaining too. The site has 18,000 members.
However I wouldn't go anywhere near astalavista.COM ...
