The point that Craig mentioned was the fact that even thou it does talk
about ethical hacking, it addresses the issue from a defensive point of view
and not from an offensive point of view.
The two are fundamentally different.

GCIH contain some part of ethical hacking. The certification has two
seperates exams: one concerning hacking and another one about incident
handling.
