My only question might be, what value does this cert and a few others like
it actually have in the security community, especially as related to the
hiring end, HR/agency/etc. It's there that the real value of a
certification shines brightest, as is oft discussed in this and other
related lists. Granted, some like to be tested and certified for their
own self worth assessments, to show themselves what they know, other like
to be part of the fad of pushing out alphabet soup in their .sigs. But
the real value of a certification is it's acceptance within the community
at large and the value it places upon the title holder in gaining
employment or nice sweet raises and bonuses.
