Attacking TACACS

Guys,
I am working on a penetration test which includes some cisco
equipment. On this particular one they have a system with UDP ports
49, 67, 123 open. Nmap recognizes the ports as being for TACACS,
DHCP, and NTP. The security implications of the DHCP and NTP I
understand already, but I don't have any experience with the TACACS
portion. I haven't found any information on google about attacking
TACACS directly. Anyone else out there run into this?

Thanks,
Mike
