        Hello,

2 basic ideas for troubleshooting:

- What is the VMWare network configuration ? Bridge or NAT ? You might
get in trouble with NAT, because of VMWare trying to track sessions.

- Couldn't it be a problem with XP SP2 ? Do you have a firewall on it
(either Windows native, or bundled with your antivirus software) ?
